Samco Machinery’s Fabrication Division is an industry-leading CWB and ISO 9001 certified precision fabricator. Our 164,000 square foot CNC machine shop contains advanced technology and high-end equipment.
Samco has over 47 years of experience in design and engineering, including electrical, tooling and mechanical engineering teams.
We have Bystronic, BySprint 4020 Fiber Laser Cutter, Turret Punch Presses, Brake Presses, Shear and, a 25 Ton Crane. Our facility also contains a CNC machine shop including Boring, Wire EDM and grinding capabilities. And, an in-house fully equipped paint booth.
Samco Fabrication offers in-house product validation, in-house tensile testing of raw materials and compliance to PPAP and SPC requirements. We are a fully integrated company with ERP Implementation across our organization. This means our engineering, production, customer care and quality assurance teams work together to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget.
